I returned the wrong product

When you return a product, it may happen that some items end up in the return package despite them not being needed. Below you can find 4 scenarios:

  1. There is a different product in the return package;
  2. Multiple items are included in the return package, including the product that needs to be returned;
  3. Multiple items are included in the return package, excluding the product that needs to be returned;
  4. Personal items are included in the return package.

If you find yourself in any of the above scenarios, contact the carrier as soon as possible and ask them to send the package back to you. If that's not possible, contact our customer support team using one of the buttons below.

We'll do our best to track the package and attempt to return any additional items that were mistakenly added. However, it is important to note that:

  • despite our team's best efforts, the retrieval of your items is not guaranteed;
  • You will be refunded according to our refund policy. Any additional item(s) included in the packaging will not be refunded;
  • If we find your item(s), we'll send it back to you for free.
